Social monitoring company Synthesio has developed a strategic partnership with Conversocial, a cloud-based social customer service solution. The partnership is designed to provide businesses with a deeper understanding of social data and in turn, help them turn social interactions into sales opportunities.
The partnership positions brands to use social data to get ahead of customer needs, enhance customer engagement and better understand the overall effectiveness of their social media customer service initiatives.
