Channel leaders continue to struggle to drive participation in their MDF programs. In a poll taken during a webinar hosted by Channel Mechanics, a channel program automation platform provider, about half of the respondents said that only 50% of their partners engage in the MDF programs they offer.
Other responses, as reported in a companion eBook, revealed that many channel leaders aren’t applying significant scrutiny to their MDF initiatives. Only about 40% of the vendors said they can measure and report on the ROI from their MDF programs.
The majority of vendors with MDF programs are aligning them with company goals. Still a significant number of the respondents said they weren’t sure.
