Truecount RFID Launches New Channel Partner Program

Truecount, a provider of cloud-based RFID solutions for retailers, recently launched the Channel First Program to build up a network of complementary solution and service providers. The new program was unveiled with the signing of J.D. Associates, a retail POS solution provider.

As a systems integrator, J.D. Associates provides POS and ERP solutions to more than 1,500 mid- and large-sized retailer customers nationwide. Through the new partnership agreement, J.D. Associates will resell Truecount RFID inventory management solutions to both current and prospective customers.

Associates into our Channel First program underscores our commitment to continuously create new paradigms for retail,” said Zander Livingston, CEO of Truecount, in a press release. “With a demonstrated track record of delivering superior solutions and service, we feel that J.D. Associates provides the expertise to deliver Truecount’s enhanced RFID solutions to retail clients looking for a single system as they move toward RFID.”

With specific experience in tier 2 and tier 3 retailers, J.D. Associates will provide customers with a variety of “turn-key RFID solutions,” according to Don Capman, President of J.D. Associates. The company will offer customers full sales, support and professional services, helping the RFID market — and Truecount sales results — get a jumpstart.
