Bandwidth, an Internet and telephone service provider, announced that it has partnered with Invoca to enhance Invoca’s back-end call marketing automation software.
The partnership was established to help improve Invoca’s API call marketing efficiency and user interface, while also supporting real-time optimizations that will provide call marketing to its current and future customers.
Since offering Bandwidth integration to customers, Invoca has seen an increase in sales and satisfaction. Over the past two years, the company has seen a 650% boost in revenue, according to Colin Kelley, CTO of Invoca. “Working with Bandwidth has helped us scale and expand our business to a wider array of customers. Bandwidth has proven to be one of our core telephony providers and has helped us enhance local number access for our customers.”
Regarding the benefits of the integration, Steve Leonard, SVP and GM of Bandwidth, said: “Our customers understand and expect a telecommunications network that provides the foundation to automatically scale their businesses. Bandwidth’s platform provides more control for the customer and better economies of scale because there is not an added layer of complexity or cost in the process.”
