ChannelWeek Webinars To Identify New Strategies, Tactics To Boost Partner Engagement

Channel Marketer Report (CMR) and Demand Gen Report (DGR) are hosting their third annual ChannelWeek, a digital event addressing the opportunities companies have to better align their channel programs with partners.

The webinar series, Optimizing Partner Touch Points: Tactics For Powering Channel Success, will examine the strategies and best practices that channel leaders are implementing to more effectively engage partners for the full extent of their life-cycle.

“The demand for every partner’s attention is growing at a dramatic pace especially as they opt to represent more brands,” said Andrew Gaffney, the publisher of both CMR and DGR. “In the last year, 75% of partners have double the number of primary vendors they represent from five to 10. The average number of secondary vendors has climbed from 15 to 20.”

And that’s just vendors. According to PartnerPath’s 2020 State of Partnering Study, more than a third of all solution providers regularly collaborate with three to five other partners. Almost 20% regularly partner with six to 10 other partners.

Optimizing Critical Touch-Points

Capturing and holding the attention of partners is requiring the creation of more purposeful and channel-centric engagement strategies. During ChannelWeek, which will be presented August 24, 25, and 26, attendees will discover how they can optimize the critical touch-points of the entire partner journey to ensure a more engaged channel ecosystem.

For example, topics will review:

  • Proven digital strategies designed to increase partner engagement and loyalty;
  • Tactics that involve new partners in revenue plans using digital and social selling;
  • Insight into how to strategically make decisions about delivery mechanisms
  • that drive human engagement; and
  • Modernizing your channel program to attract new partners while
  • keeping your best current partners

ChannelWeek is an important component CMR’s and DGR’s commitment to drive awareness of channel marketing best practices. At the B2B Sales & Marketing Exchange Online Experience, October 26-28, 2020, the channel track has been expanded to provide insights on how channel professionals can ensure that partner sales teams and their marketing colleagues can engage their customers more effectively.

Channel topics will also be addressed at the B2B Marketing Exchange in Scottsdale, February 22-24, 2021. The channel track at this highly regarded event represents one of the most comprehensive learning and up-skilling opportunities for partner marketing professionals.

Registration for ChannelWeek is available now.
