ForeScout Technologies, a network security solutions provider, has unveiled the new ControlFabric Technology Partner Program, which aims to urge developers, system integrators and customers to integrate CounterACT with other security and management systems.
The new program allows ForeScout to better collaborate with hardware and software vendors, and in turn, find ways ForeScout CounterACT can help ramp up partner solutions.
According to Gil Friedrich, VP of Technology for ForeScout, enabling security solutions work together and automatically turn information into actions can help improve a company’s overall security posture and optimizes resources.
“Given that enterprises face a complex threat environment, diverse security policies and compliance requirements, as well as an ever growing number of security point solutions, an open platform that provides interoperability is a must,” Friedrich said. “The ControlFabric Technology Partner Program not only makes it easy for third-party security companies to integrate their solutions with CounterACT, it is also a platform for corporate IT to automate their day-to-day tasks and to exchange information and actions between security solutions.”
