Perforce, an enterprise-class version management solutions provider, has deepened its partnership with NetApp, a computer storage and data management company. By joining NetApp’s Alliance Partner Program, Perforce will be able to increase the workflow of a various number of industries that use NetApp’s unified storage platform.
NetApp’s FlexClone technology, used in conjunction with Perforce’s enterprise version management solutions, will allow more seamless creation and management of developer workspaces. Developers will be able to reduce delivery times for new products and updates thanks to the new pairing of Perforce’s file management architecture with NetApp’s high performance and management features.
“By leveraging both technologies, we have the opportunity to provide our joint customers with solutions to shorten software release cycles,” said Maria Olson, VP of Global Alliances at NetApp, in a statement. “Together, NetApp and Perforce have the ability to extend our innovative technologies into the marketplace.”
Perforce has joined a program of over 120 partners, including Adobe Systems, Asigra, Cisco, IBM and Oracle.
