Mindmatrix PRM Software Now Integrates with Zoho CRM

Mindmatrix, the supplier of a fully integrated platform offering complete sales and marketing enablement for direct and indirect sales, announced that its partner relationship management (PRM) software now integrates with Zoho CRM.

The integration with Zoho allows bi-directional synchronization of lead data and opportunities between the two platforms. As a result, any opportunity created in either Zoho or Mindmatrix PRM software will be reflected in both systems automatically.

With the integration, channel partners can automatically engage with all leads in Zoho CRM generated by smart lead nurturing email and SMS campaigns, a key feature of the Mindmatrix PRM software. Users have the ability to automatically execute communication drips based on lead persona (customer, prospect, partner) once the information is synced between the applications.

Easy Access to Sales and Marketing Assets

The Mindmatrix-Zoho integration makes all sales assets created in Mindmatrix PRM software available on Zoho. This eliminates the need for partners to navigate back to the sales enablement platform in order to select and use assets. Users also have the option to create high-impact personalized presentations, proposals, and brochures within Zoho.

This integration also brings playbooks to the Zoho interface providing channel partners with a systematic organization of all the channel marketing and sales assets needed to interact with prospects throughout the buyer’s journey.

The integration of the solutions provides users with complete insight into online activities performed by leads directly in the Zoho CRM application. Custom reports from Zoho data can also be created using Mindmatrix PRM software. Companies can create tasks for sales personnel and channel partners based on lead/contact activity in Zoho CRM.
