Zift Solutions, a leading supplier of enterprise channel management solutions, has acquired Elastic Grid, a cloud-based channel marketing platform backed by creative services.

The acquisition extends Zift’s already significant global footprint with a more substantial Asia-Pacific presence and global in-county support for the world’s largest channel partner ecosystem.
Moreover, Elastic Grid’s world-class creative services team, which has more than 20 years of creative agency experience, will deepen Zift’s concierge and managed services offerings.
Elastic Grid will join the growing Zift team, building on the momentum of the recent merger of Zift and Relayware. Elastic Grid’s channel expertise, support services and dedicated creative agency and content resources will further extend and expand Zift’s Channel-as-a-Service value and ROI for the company’s customers.
Elastic Grid’s founder, Cameron Avery, will take on a leadership role with the Zift Channel of Excellence, where he will focus on the integration of the two companies, and bring his expertise and best-practices experience to the entire Zift community.
