Webinfinity, a partner portal solution provider, has updated its solution to accelerate user engagement through personalized workflows. Vendors can create personalized experiences for key processes such as contact onboarding, making it easier for users to learn about partner programs and practices.
While Webinfinity provided workflow to support required business processes such as deal registration or MDF requests, the experience delivered at the various steps of these processes was the same for each user. The new Dynamic Workflow Management capability now enables clients to personalize the experience delivered to each user at every step of their workflows based on any combination of parameters such as partner type, program tier, user role, language, region, etc.
“We’re already working with several of our clients who want to leverage this new feature to create personalized onboarding journeys in order to facilitate and accelerate the enablement of new partner users,” Fred Portella, SVP, Business Development at Webinfinity, told CMR. “We expect this innovation will be used to drive more user engagement with other processes.”
Once implemented, portal administrators and/or relationship managers can view and follow up on users’ progress.
The latest release also features UI and functionality enhancements enabling vendors to go one level deeper in the personalization of their business workflows. “Each contribute to making the experience of Webinfinity-powered portal users more seamless and more engaging,” said Portella. “As an example, we’ve added a status bar that helps users understand their progress in a business workflow.”
Webinfinity also continues to expand on its commitment to provide a world-class multilingual solution by improving the experience of the users in their local language. Already a multilingual platform supporting 18 languages, including double-byte languages like Japanese, Chinese and Korean, the Winter Release includes several UI improvements that make it easier for users to interact with their portal in their preferred language. For example, the platform now automatically alerts users if their device language differs from the one used on the portal and invites them to update their language preferences.
