Flexential, an IT service management company, is launching a new partner portal to provide an enhanced channel experience. The new partner portal will offer deal registration and tracking and provide access to sales, marketing and partner enablement resources.
“Since the portal is a centralized platform for partners to interact with Flexential, we invested in a new portal that would support the evolution of our program and provide the best partner experience as we continue to scale our channel program,” Flexential’s VP of Channel Sales, Melissa McCoy told CMR. “One of the key advantages of the new portal is it will allow us to begin to offer more campaigns and partner co-marketing abilities as we continue to add new portal features/enhancements.”
Flexential is striving to give partners the resources they need to help them with the entire lifecycle of the customer—demand creation through the close of the sale and beyond, said McCoy. “Providing them with marketing materials like email templates and ‘campaigns in a box’, along with enablement programs including our new Hybrid IT certification program is done in an effort to help partners throughout the buyer’s journey.”
The new portal, which was created to address partner feedback, reflects Flexential’s ongoing investment in its channel program. Last year the company added resources to focus on program development, enhanced tools and systems, and provided operational support for its channel business given the criticality of partners in its go-to-market strategy.
The new portal will provide a better platform for tracking and reporting on partner lead registrations, what content is being viewed/downloaded to help prioritize new materials, or trainings that are being completed. In addition, the new portal will help provide more visibility to partners, so they can easily view and manage their business with Flexential.
