Vartopia Nova Helps Streamline Deal Registration

vartopia-logo-02B15E2D0E-seeklogo.comVartopia, a provider of solutions for organizations in the IT channel, has unveiled a new deal registration platform called Vartopia Nova. The solution is designed to provide vendors with an end-to-end organization that enables them to better manage and operationalize the entire deal registration process directly from the Salesforce.com CRM platform.

To reach their full potential, deal registration programs require solutions that manage associated processes and in turn, encourage desired partner behavior and enhance channel-wide collaboration.

Nova Partner Portal is a web application that allows authorized partners to submit, manage and measure their deal registrations. Features and benefits include support for partner user groups and sales territories that allow partners to define and organize the deal registration process. Data can be accessed based on partners’ unique requirements. Using a customized reporting interface, partners can manage their deal registrations, and with a detailed analytics platform, organizations have visibility into partners’ deal registration pipeline as defined by sales territories down to the sales rep level.

Nova Salesforce Application is a Salesforce CRM module that allows vendors to review, manage and measure deal registrations within Salesforce.com. The app offers support for multiple registration programs and enables synchronization between partner accounts and users between the Nova Portal and Salesforce CRM. All registered deals are linked to corresponding partner accounts, customer accounts and customer opportunities.

Vendors who implement the Vartopia Nova platform can have make their deal registration programs available via Vartopia Galaxy, a multi-vendor deal registration platform. More than 150 of U.S. resellers and solution providers use Vartopia Galaxy to submit, manage and measure their deal registrations for IT Vendors including: APC, Cisco, Dell, EMC, HP, Microsoft, NetApp, Stanley Healthcare, Symantec, VMTurbo and VMware.

“Since implementing Vartopia Nova, our partner channel is embracing deal registration and we’re seeing a significant influx of opportunities,” said Aurel Lebel, Director of Sales Management at STANLEY Healthcare. “We can now quickly review and manage partner deal registrations directly in Salesforce, and have seamlessly incorporated partner lead opportunities into our existing pipeline management process. Before Vartopia, managing and measuring our channel business was a manual and time-consuming process. By combining Salesforce and Vartopia, we reduced operational overhead and improved our channel intelligence.”
