Netsertive, a provider of digital marketing intelligence solutions for brands and local partners, has raised $24 million in Series C financing. After winning $15 million in growth financing in October 2015, Netsertive has acquired an additional $9 million to help accelerate product development and innovation. The latest round was led by River Cities Capital Funds, with additional participation from Babson Capital Management and existing investors.
Netsertive’s solutions, MarketWise for Brands and StreetWise for Local Businesses, are designed to enable cooperative marketing and resource sharing between brands and their local partners. Netsertive is positioned to help brands with their co-op marketing to ensure localized brand compliance, and track campaign execution and reimbursement for local partners. With the latest round of funding, the solution provider and Google Premier SMB Partner aims to add additional brands to its client roster and better position itself in the digital marketing arena.
“The importance of co-op programs means we need a solution to activate hundreds of our local retailers with a simple, push-button solution to deploy fully compliant digital campaigns into local markets,” said Marty Melcher, Group VP of Sales at Serta, a Netsertive customer. “For example, as we enter the critical end-of-year shopping season, our retailers can quickly ramp up time-sensitive promotions centered on holiday dates. With Netsertive’s platform, we are seamlessly activating programs like this to several hundred local retailers instantly.”
