ConnectWise Announces Strategic Partnership with Webinfinity

ConnectWise, a leading provider of business automation software for technology solution providers (TSPs), has announced a strategic partnership with Webinfinity, a provider of SaaS-based solutions for driving personalized engagement at scale.

ConnectWise also announced its acquisition of Continuum and ITBoost. The convergence of ConnectWise’s platform with the service-enabled RMM, security and NOC/SOC and Help Desk from Continuum, the IT documentation from ITBoost, and the partner relationship management functions from Webinfinity substantially increases value to TSPs.

ConnectWise becomes the only software platform that connects the TSP upstream to its suppliers and downstream to its customers, creating a unified business operating environment to accelerate TSPs success, the company said.

The partnership with Webinfinity will simplify the relationships TSPs have with their technology suppliers, centralizing touch points for areas such as deal registration, co-marketing, training and enablement, communication and more.

ConnectWise Engage powered by Webinfinity will make it more efficient for TSPs to work with the technology suppliers in their tech stacks. The average channel partner works with 20 vendors, each with its own set of touch points and complexities that burden TSPs, the company stated.The challenges become even more magnified in the “as-a-service” world as TSPs try to manage product and services procurement, multi-vendor support issues, SKU management, content distribution, and training and education.

With ConnectWise Engage powered by Webinfinity, ConnectWise partners will be able to centralize these touch points, enabling them to access multiple vendors through a single pane of glass.
