ZINFI And ZoomInfo Launch Integrated Account-Based Channel Marketing Solution

ZINFI Technologies, a unified channel management solutions provider and, and ZoomInfo, a global go-to-market (GTM) intelligence solutions company, have launched a fully integrated account-based channel marketing (ABCM) solution for organizations selling indirectly through the channel.

As a part of the new integration, ZINFI’s platform will now connect seamlessly to ZoomInfo’s go-to-market solutions allowing vendors to enable their channel partners to activate world-class account-based marketing campaigns.

With integrated access to ZoomInfo data, vendors will also have enhanced capabilities to upgrade their partner databases and build lists to support recruitment efforts. Vendors’ partners will also be able to access the ZoomInfo database to refresh their own customer and prospect lists.

“The overall strategy for us is to work closely with the enterprise to create programs that support their partners in their go to market motion,” said Krystan Resch, ZoomInfo’s Senior Director of Partnerships. Discount pricing for ZoomInfo licenses will be extended to partners accessing the database through the ZINFI platform.

Resch commented that integrating ZoomInfo data with the ZINFI platform gives vendors and partners the tools necessary to optimize the enhanced customer and company data it provides.

Remote Collaboration Tools

In other news, ZINFI has launched a set of next-generation tools for channel organizations to improve remote collaboration capabilities, reducing the need for channel team members to meet in person with channel partners. These new capabilities address multiple channel-related activities, including both internal collaboration within vendor organizations as well as external collaboration with organizations in their distributed channel partner network. The new capabilities support:

  • Partner onboarding with a set of features and tracking capabilities that can be configured by channel marketing managers to set up groups and profiles based on activities, points, milestones, etc;
  • Partner training via an advanced learning management system (LMS) that is fully compliant with SCORM, xAPI, cmi5 and AICC standards;
  • Digital communities enabled by ZINFI’s Community module which allows moderators to filter out unwanted or inappropriate messaging, and map and link conversations to various marketing and sales modules;
  • Workflow approval, which enables requests to be rerouted to another individual for interim processing and approval if the original approver is not available.

In addition, ZINFI’s platform now comes with an advanced on-demand support portal that provides robust and granular content with step-by-step instructions, downloadable guidebooks and application videos. This digital support content eliminates the need for face-to-face meetings or dependencies on team members, and helps users become self-sufficient.

ZINFI has also announced that its engineering team has received Microsoft Gold Certification for the fourth consecutive year for its work on ZINFI’s end-to-end, fully integrated channel management automation solutions. Microsoft awards this certification to software development companies building best-in-class solutions on Microsoft’s web services platform.

In April 2020, ZINFI was named a leader in The Forrester Wave: Through-Channel Marketing Automation, Q2 2020 report. In addition, G2, the business solutions review website, placed ZINFI in the “leaders” quadrant in its Spring 2020 Best Partner Management Software category.
