ChannelAssist, a channel sales rep engagement technology provider, has named Doug Vilim as the company’s new Vice President Global Sales. Vilim brings more than 23 years of experience in global channel sales and business development to this role where he will lead client expansion initiatives and drive new client acquisitions. Vilim will also provide strategic insights to support ChannelAssist’s growth of professional and technology services.
Prior to ChannelAssist, Vilim was the Vice President of Sales for Sangoma, a value-based Unified Communications & UCaaS solutions vendor. In his role there, he built and managed a diverse team of sales directors to generate revenue through the channel across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
