GoTo Offers Partners Concierge Marketing Service To Generate Actionable Leads

GoTo, an all-in-one business communications and IT support platform, is striving to elevate the partner experience with its new Partner Concierge Program. Offering tailored digital marketing campaigns, co-branded and targeted based on a partner’s unique audience, the program is designed to maximize visibility with prospective customers and bring in new qualified leads.

In addition to the concierge service, the company has also updated its GoTo Partner Network program with an offering designed for managed service providers. GoTo Resolve for MSPs allows participating partners to meet the evolving needs of today’s SMBs with frictionless, fast, and flexible support.

The partner concierge program was based on feedback from partners who told GoTo that they needed actionable leads. “While partner programs are typically designed to help partners bring leads to vendors, we also wanted to create a program that would provide additional support and business opportunities for the group of partners who are truly invested with GoTo,” said Amanda Jardine, Vice President Partner Marketing.

The concierge program offers tailored digital marketing campaigns, co-branded and targeted based on a partner’s unique audience, maximizing visibility with prospective customers and bringing in new qualified leads. “The program gives partners access to outsourced vendors to assist them in building their tailored campaigns,” Jardine explained. “The campaigns use GoTo content that we already have – and that is available to all partners – but customize it to each specific partner and their market.”

Currently the program is limited to a specific number of partners nominated by their partner managers. There are no fees currently for the partner as this is a service that the GoTo Partner Network covers on their behalf.

GoTo guarantees a specific number of leads that will go to each partner in the program.  “We of course want to ensure that we provide those numbers to our partners, and that the quality of the leads is contributing to our overall pipeline,” said Jardine. “We expect full participation from the partners we have invited for this first round – which is approximately 30 across North America and the UK.  Once we have results from our initial launch, we will also be expanding into the LATAM and APAC regions.”

The GoTo Resolve for MSPs solution provides MSP-specific account administration and reporting features, Professional Services Automation (PSA) integrations, and modern Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) capabilities, all with GoTo’s remote support tools to easily support and troubleshoot clients’ IT assets.
