ZINFI Technologies, Inc., a unified channel management (UCM) solutions provider, has launched its next-generation UCM Connector app for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The UCM Connector empowers businesses using Dynamics 365 to seamlessly connect with customers, partners and employees in the channel without having to log in to another application or duplicate data entry. Users of the UCM Connector app will have direct access to ZINFI’s core UCM solutions, including partner relationship management (PRM), partner marketing management (PMM) and partner sales management (PSM).
The integration of ZINFI’s UCM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 enhances lead management throughout the customer lifecycle. The new connector provides an intuitive and familiar user experience for ZINFI customers who are already using Dynamics 365 to manage and monitor leads and to generate performance reports and valuable business intelligence. ZINFI customers will also have access to ongoing product enhancements and client-led customizations as they leverage the power of Dynamics 365 to optimize their channel management activities.
