TrackStreet Adds Portal Product To Authorized Partner And Resale Policy Platform

TrackStreet, a MAP Policy, UPP, authorized partner, and resale policy platform, has launched a partner portal product, a self-service online platform that automates building and managing reseller partner relationships.

The solution is described as central hub where vendors can communicate with their resale partners. The portal’s electronic workflow facilitates the registration of new resale partners and ensures reseller and dealer networks have access to current assets to best represent and sell products. Following any updates to key product information, all authorized users are automatically notified, simplifying authorized partner channel management. 

Designed to modernize and simplify the entire reseller process, the portal can be used to:

  • Simplify management of authorized reseller partner channels including processing new applications, account setup, resale location approvals, and more;
  • eSign any document or form and automatically save that information within a master customer record vault;
  • Automate communications of product information and image updates to the entire partner base;
  • Engage partners with a self-service tool that they can conveniently access from the vendors’ websites.
