Red Hat, a provider of open source solutions, has announced three key channel leaders within the organization have been placed on the 2013 “Women Of The Channel” list from CRN.

The executives spotlighted for their leadership, channel advocacy and “commitment to partner success,” include: Rachel Cassidy, VP of Global Partner Strategy and Enablement; Margaret-Ann Bolton, Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing; and Mary Oakley, Senior Manager of East Commercial Sales.

“Rachel, Margaret-Ann, and Mary bring remarkable expertise to Red Hat’s channel partnerships,” said Mark Enzweiler, VP of Global Channels and Alliances, Red Hat, in a press announcement. “Our partners are a vital component in Red Hat’s success. As we deepen our commitment to partners, it’s important to have leaders such as Rachel, Margaret-Ann and Mary who understand the challenges and demands of the channel and are equipped to enable our partners’ success. Congratulations to each of them on this honor.”

The CRN “Women Of The Channel” list was created to recognize and reward female channel leaders for their overall positioning in the technology industry. Winners were selected by CRN editors based on their experience in the channel, in addition to their success in channel program development and innovation.

This year, Red Hat has received a series of other accolades from CRN, including:

  • A five-star award for the 2013 Partner Program Guide;
  • A slot on the 2013 Data Center 100 List; and
  • Three executives being honored on the 2013 Channel Chiefs list.
