Matillion Enables Expanded Channel Network To Develop & Market Partner-Led Solutions

Matillion, a leading cloud data integration platform, has upgraded its partner network with new tiers, increased incentives, and features to better support its partners as they meet the modern data analytics requirements of organizations across the globe.

The expanded Matillion Partner Network now welcomes system integrators (SIs), consultants, and technology partners into Matillion’s partner ecosystem to aid in the development of new partner-led solutions and foster a unified community of collaboration.

To better support the transition to a partner-led solutions strategy, Matillion is rethinking its messaging, said Josh Lewis, Vice President Global Channels and Alliances. “Historically, our messaging has been pretty horizontal and technical. However, no one purchases Matillion ETL by itself. It’s purchased as part of a data stack purpose-built for a particular use case, including AI/ML, data sharing (DaaS), data governance, data streaming, and data applications. The modern data stack begins with partner solutions,” he continued.  “So we are focused on up-leveling our messaging to focus more on the data problems we’re solving and how, along with our partners, we’re extending the capabilities of their stack, reducing the complexity of managing their data, and accelerating time to value.”

Matillion’s go-to-market approach is a highly flexible model for partners that enables them to leverage their unique skills and expertise, said Lewis. “If they are great in a specific industry, we will collaborate with them within that industry. If they have specific technical expertise that customers need, we can leverage that. Ultimately, we want to ensure they have the option to do what they do best instead of being boxed into a specific plan or pre-configured campaign.”

With its highly customizable program, Matillion provides partners with the tools needed to help customers succeed while leveraging the company’s cloud-native data integration and transformation platform into their suite of existing offerings. Partners can use the network and resources to enable organizations to remain competitive and capture and transform their data into actionable assets.

The Matillion Partner Network offers key benefits, depending on partnership tier, including:

  • Access to the partner portal, equipped with Matillion brand assets, partner-ready campaigns, and sales and marketing materials;
  • Collaboration with a Matillion partner account manager to assist with the development of joint go-to-market plans;
  • Increased sales incentives, marketing opportunities, and support resources: and
  • Access to comprehensive technical training and support including no-cost certifications.

The company is added offering a more robust set of marketing tools and resources. “All partners have access to a standard set of resources via the partner portal,” Lewis said. “Additionally, there are many times when we bring together several partners to participate in joint marketing activities such as events.”
