360insights has acquired Webinfinity, the ecosystem management platform, after purchasing a minority stake in the company earlier in 2021. Webinfinity’s engagement automation solution and portal technology will be fully integrated and rebranded as 360ecosystems.
With the acquisition, 360ecosystems will enable brands to manage, influence and engage their complex channel ecosystems with an intelligent application that supports partner-to-partner collaboration, the secure exchange of data between partners, and tracking of each ecosystem participant’s contribution to a deal.

James Hodgkinson, the founder and CEO of Webinfinity, will lead 360ecosystems operations, while Tom Burke, Webinfinity’s former president and COO, will become SVP of Corporate Development.

At the end of last year, 360insights acquired the partner program consulting agency, Channel Maven, and Spark Your Channel, a demand generation technology provider, enhancing the company’s channel marketing and demand generation capabilities. Spark Your Channel will now sit inside of 360ecosystems to enable content and video customization.
In addition, 360insights acquired Channelcentral.net, a software provider for IT channel organizations last year. The purchase broadened 360insights’ capabilities with configure price quote (CPQ) and channel data management (CDM) technology, and further positioned it as a company that can deliver highly functional channel ecosystem visibility and insights for manufacturers, resellers and distributors of every size globally.
Perks WW, a channel incentives program provider, and the the UK-based CR Worldwide were acquired in October 2020. The Perks acquisition further amplified 360insights’ presence across North America and beyond. The CR Worldwide purchase positioned the company as one of the largest CIM providers in the world – offering brands advanced platforms, tools and data insights to grow sales and ROI.
